Rillettes, a traditional method of "potting" and preserving meats by cooking very slowly with no arlificial flavours or preservatives these products are best stored in a cool place (but not i the fridge) and have a shelf life of up to 12 months.

Fantastic on toast, baked thins or very versatile in pastas, risottos, salads and even pizzas.
